Yes, there are two sizes: Tonki measuring 25x25cm and the Tonki Nano measuring 13x13cm.
No, Paypal is a platform that lets you pay with any kind of credit card or prepaid card.
Each order gets shipped to one address. To send Tonkis to different addresses you have to make separate orders.
No, we do not include the price.
We take the photos from Instagram's servers. If you take the photo down immediately we might not find the file, so we recommend leaving it up until you receive your Tonki.
Yes, you'll get an email confirming your payment and another one when your parcel is dispatched. Sometimes these emails end up in spam, so check your spam folder too. If you don't receive anything please get in touch.

Only for orders of more than 50. Please request this service when paying.
Of course. Just tick the box when you pay. We email invoices at the start of each month.
If you are a registered user you can add more Tonkis to your order without paying more for shipping. All you need to do is make a normal order to the same shipping address, and the site will automatically recognise you. PLEASE NOTE: any subsequent orders must be placed before 23.59 on the same day.
Absolutely not. We don't retouch, cut or rotate the images we receive. They are printed just as you upload them.
Gift cards can not be used with other promotions in progress.
